Who Can Use It and What They Need to Do

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to play where you reside.
  • Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Meghalaya are prohibited from participating in real-money games.
  • Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful information. Providing false information may result in account closure.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with local laws.

License and Intellectual Property

All games, logos, software, and content on MQM Bet are the exclusive property of MQM Bet and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a “limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license” to use the Platform for personal entertainment only.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform for personal gain.

User-generated content, such as chat messages, remains the property of the user; however, MQM Bet retains a “royalty-free right” to display such content on the Platform.

Creating an Account and Keeping It Safe

  • To register, you must provide valid personal information. Having multiple accounts or providing false information is prohibited.
  • You may need to complete KYC verification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, or bank details) before withdrawing funds.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Things You Can’t Do

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or collusion to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempt to hack, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
  • Engage in illegal betting, money laundering, or fraud.
  • Harass other users or post inappropriate content. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

Buying Items in Apps and Using Virtual Currency

  • Virtual currency purchased cannot be converted into real money.
  • Real-money deposits can be used for skill-based games such as Rummy and Teen Patti, and may be withdrawn after KYC verification.
  • All sales are final, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Bonuses may have wagering requirements, such as “10x playthrough,” which must be met before withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals are processed only for verified payment methods (e.g., UPI, Paytm). We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it through “good-faith negotiation.” Should this fail, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will apply.

Terminating or Suspending an Account

MQM Bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations, fraudulent activities, or inactivity.

You may request account closure through support. Confirmed withdrawals will be processed, but funds may be withheld if fraud is suspected.
